me and my 4 year girlfriend broken up she broke up with me and she never has done that and I called her 2 days ago to just talk and she said she told her family and everyone and I don't feel like she wants me back and I feel like no contact is the best for her space but if there are any suggestions or guidance please let me know

when someone tells their family and everyone else, it can feel like the door is closing for good. i had to learn that no contact wasn't about making them miss me, it was about giving myself room to breathe again.
I know but I found out a week ago she got into a rebound relationship with my friend and I don't think they worked out and she viewed my story for some odd reason and unblocked me
she ended things, did she say what made her reach that point? was it something that built up over time or did it feel sudden
