I send a msg yesterday to control my mind..asking him to he is okay is he doing good is he safe ..but then my mind relaxed..and untill now he was not replied ..he is not online , ig or whatsapp..? is he not comming online cuz he has to reply it..personally i dont care he is rwplied or not..but just had a thought ...🙂

i've sent that "just checking if you're okay" text before, and the silence made my brain invent a hundred stories. sometimes the text calmed me more than it was ever meant for them. 🤍
i get why your mind went there. what helped me was reminding myself i couldn't guess someone's reason for being offline, because every guess just pulled me back into the spiral. that was HARD at first.
if he replied right now with a simple "i'm fine," do you think that would actually settle your mind, or would another question pop up after that?
He replied after one day and few hrs...no it feels like a relief ...
