I’ve never been the guy to constantly ask where you are, what you’re doing, or flood you with texts Wanting to know your Whereabouts. Not because I love you less, but because I trust you, respect your freedom, and want you to have your own space.
The one thing I value most is presence. When I’m with you, I’m fully there, and I was to appreciate the same in return. Thats the life i wanted with you Because i never wanted you feel like when we’re together, but not really connected, and that’s the only part that weighs on me.
I know we love differently, and I respect that. I just wanted you to know what matters most to me. Pity That You are Not With me

chasing someone to understand what i needed after a while because i realized i was explaining the same hurt over and over. the right person doesn't have to love exactly like me, but they do have to care when i'm hurting.
did they ever tell you what kept them from being fully present with you, or were you the only one trying to have that conversation?

i've loved someone like this too, where i gave them freedom because trust came naturally to me, but i still felt so alone whenever we were together. that quiet disconnect hurts way more than people realize.
