Did i lose the best thing i ever had?

i remember putting someone on such a high pedestal after they left that i couldn't see anything beyond losing them

when you say "he did a lot for me," what do you miss the most right now, him as a person or the way you felt when you were with him?

it feels like i missed my only chance too, and i spent months believing i'd never meet someone who loved me that deeply again. that fear felt so real.

I understand how it must feel, but remember to not always just blame yourself too, I'm sure you tried and think of it as fate
