1,5 months since I last saw him and day 18 of no contact. Tonight is probably the worst night, really feeling the urge to just text him. I just wanna know if he thinks about me too, what he’s doing and what he thinks of. is he heartbroken to? i really really wish he would reach out. miss him so so so much

making a rule that i could write the message, reread it, cry over it, whatever, but i couldn't send it that night. most of the time the urge was different by morning.
if you knew for sure he was missing you tonight, would you actually want to text him, or would knowing just make you miss him even more?
day 18 felt like forever for me too, and i kept wondering if my ex missed me as much as i missed him. that urge to just text and hear something back is brutal

we all want to know what’s going on and hear from them and talk but that most likely will do exact the opposite and push people more apart
the stronger you stay and keep no contact the outcome will be better than anything else now
