they say it takes 90 days to kick a habit. 29 days to go. I'm proud of my progress and how good I feel compared to 61 days. hasn't always been pretty, but growth & change rarely are pretty with no mess. kiddos to me. keep going, y'all. you can do it. and celebrate the small wins.

i really like how you’re celebrating the small wins. that’s what helped me too, focusing on today instead of obsessing over how much time was left.
congrats you are super strong !
being so proud of myself for making it through a stretch of days i once thought i couldn't survive. the progress sneaks up on you, then one day you realize you're breathing easier.
when you look back at day 61 versus where you are now, what’s the biggest change you’ve noticed in yourself?
90 days. they say 90 days to kick a habit. then I will start over 90 more days. I put no time limit on mu healibg and growth. hardest struggle right now are the dreams that all of a sudden started a cpl weeks ago, but they are starting to ease up a bit.
how long until you felt like your going to be ok?
omg! I remember some of your earlier posts. you’re an inspiration to me!!! keep going!
Keep going! I am proud of you 🌸
