We broke up a few weeks ago. She moved on to someone else(Said they're not dating, just wanted to see if there could be anything between them) When she broke up with me, she didn't even tell me about this girl i had to find out about her by my friends. After she ended things I was messaging and calling tryimg to figure out what was going on and happening and she wanted literally nothing to do with me. From the time she ended things, she wasn't messaging/calling me, nothing. Anyways fast forward to this weekend, all of a sudden she's calling me and messaging me and wanting to see me, talking about "she knows she made a mistake and she hurt me, but she blocked this girl and she wants to make us work again" Obviously I didn't give in, but I'm torn. I REALLY love this girl, and a big part of me wanted to say yes, but I didn't because she really hurt and betrayed me and its gonna take a lot for me to trust her again. Shes not talking to me again, because I don't want to answer her. But I just don't understand what's with the shift all of a sudden. As I mentioned I really love this girl, but I don't want to get hurt again. That was my first heartbreak and it sucks. What do I do? Because I really don't know what to do.

i've been in that exact back-and-forth, where they disappear and then suddenly come back once you've started accepting the breakup. i didn't rush back. i watched whether their actions stayed consistent over time, because one apology and one blocked person weren't enough for me.
Did their actions change and did you take them back?
you think you want her back because you genuinely believe things could be different, or because part of you is still hoping the pain of losing her will finally stop?
I want to believe things could be different.
my first heartbreak had me wanting to run back the second my ex came back, even after she'd hurt me badly. loving someone and trusting her again are two very different things, and i learned that the hard way.
all you really can do is think do you want someone who is trying to replace you that easily? I understand where you’re coming from. going through the same thing. But you gotta cut that person off. if they try to replace you easy and then run back don’t let that door stay open. better to move on and find someone whose going to pick you first, and stick with you.
