i broke no contact because of a girl he follows that i accidentally followed and was soooo curious to why i followed the girl? it was a shared account of ours so idk maybe i should remove him already this social media thing is so hard to deal with but i cant let it go because of my work

i feel this because the shared account makes it so much harder to fully cut that connection. do you actually need to see his account for work, or could someone else handle that part for you?
i used to check who my ex followed because of work too, and i'd convince myself i had a reason to look. honestly, removing him was the only thing that gave me some peace, even though it felt terrifying at first.
one random girl your ex follows can send your brain into detective mode so fast, and then suddenly you're staring at a message you never meant to send. social media made my breakup so much harder too
