Maybe he is genuine and kind. Just not fully emotionally capable for a serious relationship. Maybe he is still learning, experiencing, and growing. That hurts so much. It’s good but not good enough.

you think you're scared you won't find someone kind again, or scared you won't find someone who makes you feel the way he did?
The sun will rise again eventually, and when it does. Its light will give clarity and warmth to those who have felt the cold of the dark. Heartbreak may be tough but let time heal us and may the right kind of love find us one day.
i remember choosing someone who was kind but emotionally unavailable, and i kept thinking maybe if i waited, he'd grow into the relationship i needed.
I think that’s one of the hardest parts of a breakup—you can meet someone genuinely kind and still realize they aren’t capable of giving you the relationship you need. ❤️ But ‘good, just not good enough for me right now’ doesn’t mean you’ll never find someone who is both kind and emotionally ready. Do you still hope he’ll grow and come back, or are you trying to let go?
i was terrified after losing someone kind because i genuinely couldn't imagine finding that kind of connection again, even knowing they couldn't give me what i needed. that “good but not good enough” feeling hurts like hell.
Exactly. Someone can be a good person and still not be emotionally capable of giving you the relationship you deserve.
