the reason he gave me for the breakup was that he was bored with the relationship, didn’t love me anymore, and that I had become a source of stress and anxiety for him.
I just want to understand why he is doing this. Why does he still watch my stories but ignore my messages? The pain is killing me every day, and I don’t know what to do anymore.

i feel the pain in “killing me every day” though, are you able to talk to someone you trust about how bad it’s getting instead of carrying all of this alone?
i’d stop using his story views as an answer, honestly. i had to mute my ex because every little online interaction was keeping the wound open, and giving myself that distance hurt like hell at first.
staring at that stupid “seen” after finally reaching out, then wondering why they still watch everything i post. i used to read into every view too, and it kept me stuck because i wanted those tiny signs to mean he still cared
dont try to message him again.....if he really love you....he will not leave you in the 1st place no matter what
