i replied to her, coz I don't want to be cold and not reply. By being mean. I feel scared what if I cut her feelings even more and whatever love she still has for me now dies even faster, to a point where maybe she might be thinking about getting back and because I'm mean or not in contact she won't love me anymore and move on.ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜

the silence part
i used to worry that no contact would make my ex forget me faster too, but i eventually stopped making every choice based on how they might feel about me. if i replied, i wanted it to be because i genuinely wanted to, not because i was scared of losing the last bit of love they had for me.
i was terrified that silence would make them stop loving me. i kept thinking i had to stay gentle so there would still be a door open, and honestly it kept me stuck in that little bit of hope
