i feel like there’s a lot behind her saying “everything,” but what did she actually say she wants from you now, does she want to try again or does she just miss what you two had?

i didnt want to pressure by asking since she brought it up herself so I let it be
that “i miss you” text can mess with your head so badly, especially when you still have feelings. i remember hearing “i miss everything about us” and suddenly forgetting all the reasons we broke up.

The exact same thing happened to me yesterday, and I almost fell apart, but I stood by my “no.” Today I woke up and I’ve been fighting with my thoughts all day, but deep down I’m proud of myself for managing to turn down getting back together. We have to think about ourselves and what’s best for us. I don’t want someone to miss me just because they miss having someone who loves them. I want someone to love me for who I am, or I’d rather be alone. That’s the whole point. Think about yourself.
