he told me that he doesn't want to talk to anyone , I know it's normal thing to ask someone but he told me that when we haven't talked for a week and I saw only dry replies but I didn't feel stupid until he asked for space even though I gave him space, I tried to make him comfortable even I didn't get anything from him in my birthday and treated me like I was nothing so I stopped talking no explanation I am tired of explaining never felt heard , yesterday he was sending hate messages so I sent him I wish you luck in life 🤍

when you said you’re tired of explaining, do you feel more hurt that he changed, or that you kept trying so hard to be understood?
i stopped explaining myself when i realized i was repeating the same hurt to someone who had already decided not to hear me. saying “i wish you luck in life” was probably the most peace i could give myself in that moment.
that’s super brave of you.
giving someone space while still quietly hoping they’d come back and meet you halfway. the dry replies, being forgotten on your birthday, then getting hate messages after all that effort, damn, i know how exhausting that feels.
