i know that exact Sunday morning feeling where you just lay in bed and weep until your eyes burn. i spent so many weekends praying my ex would text that exact apology, but the truth is he never did, and waiting around for him to realize my worth kept me miserable for WAY too long.
I can relate I was in the car and this song came on and I just lost it and it took me hours to collect myself again but it passed and everytime it happens it keeps passing Iām hopeful it starts happening less often
giving myself ten minutes to scream and cry, and then forcing my feet onto the floor to go make coffee or wash my face. you gotta break up the physical pattern so your brain doesn't just drown in the grief all morning.
