I got super drunk with some friends online yesterday, and when everyone got off I just ended up crying and crying and crying about my ex, then I did something I didn't think I was the kind of person to do.
I called him. Twice.

i did the exact same thing three weeks after my breakup, got hammered on wine, dialed his number twice at 2 AM, and woke up the next morning feeling sick with humiliation. it is the worst feeling in the world, but please don't hate yourself for being human when your heart is breaking.
what saved me from doing it again was changing my ex's contact name to DO NOT CALL and moving his number into a hidden folder so i couldn't just tap it when I was drinking. you made a mistake because you're hurting, so drink some water, give yourself a pass today, and take away the easy access to his number.
he end up answering either of those calls, or did it just go straight to voicemail?
it just rang out, which also sucks because he made his voicemail with me and it has me in it
this happens to me most often than not when I end up drinking alone too. I’ve been terrible at this no contact shit imma be so honest
