Someone else has voiced out being interested in me. But at the same time I’ll feel guilty coz of the whole breakup situation and I feel I’ll appear as “moving on too fast” if I say yes. Deep down I have this thought of what if my ex comes back and I’m in a new relationship? Should I move on with the new suitor or I should wait?

feeling guilty when someone new showed interest in me, like moving forward meant i never really loved my ex. 😭 i kept saving a place for someone who wasn't even there, and that hurt more than i wanted to admit.
I felt same, untill she came back when I was already talking to someone else
i'd say give the new person a chance to get to know you, slowly. that's what helped me, and i stopped putting my life on hold for a MAYBE, because an ex coming back is still just a possibility.
she eventually did
if your ex came back tomorrow, would you genuinely want to rebuild that relationship, or is a part of you still hoping for the ending you wished you'd had
I’ve moved past that time of wanting a reconnection or happy ending. I waited so long such that having more hopes will only kill me more
Depends on you i guess, it's not about appearance to others, it should be about how the breakup happened, any hopes for reconciliation, forgiveness and stuff.
And also about yourself, if you are ready for this after just 9 days.
like try being with yourself I guess.
it’s been more than 9 days. it’s been 3months. Just that we’ve been talking but not that much, untill she made it clear she’s talking with someone new
and 9 days I took from your profile
@ChillTree363 its 9 days coz I reset it after deciding not to talk to her again but the break up has been 3 months
@JiveDash856 if she has moved on then you shouldn't be stuck waiting for her wither, but moving on doesn't mean seeing someone else, take your time or date it's on you
