3 months ago he broke no contact, and of course I went back to him. Things were going well between us, but he broke up with me twice. He's moving across the country and wanted me to move with him, but I couldn't leave my family and school. I wanted to try long distance and he didn't, so it came down to moving with him or we were over, and he ended it. It hurts. He says I led him on, but I was still figuring out something huge, and saying yes a few times isn't the same as promising forever. It's not my fault.

he actually expect you to drop your school program overnight, or was he just using the move as a way to force a decision?
this is sad but i feel if he move to other part of country and you have no contact it would be easier to move on....
