I think I can officially say that I have healed from the actual breakup itself.
Now I just need to keep working on myself so I can become the strong, secure person my future partner can have

when the breakup stopped hurting but i still had so much work to do on myself. it felt strange to finally be okay without them and realize i still had parts of me that needed care. honestly, that was a kind of freedom too
It hasn't been easy but yeah, I can say I'm doing amazing as well. Thank you 😊 🙏
I am really glad to hear that! I am rooting for you 💖
this is such a good place to be in. i used to think i had to become completely healed before i could love someone again, but i'm learning that being secure also means being honest about my fears and speaking up when something hurts.
Yes! I spoke up for myself. But it developed into this toxic pattern and I noticed that I had to do it almost the majority of the time. Frequency and patterns are something that I will be more mindful of in the future
I really hope you love yourself enough to heal for yourself! not for someone else.
Yes maam 🫡
i love how you said “strong, secure person.” ❤️ do you feel like the breakup changed how you see yourself, or has it mostly changed what you want from your next relationship
Both. It made me realize that I need to advocate for myself more -- not tolerate the BS or give the "benefit of the doubt." It definitely made me re-shape what I want from a healthy relationship. Communication - but most importantly what facilitates that. Active repair, high emotional capacity, empathy -- that kind of thing. And many more facets too 🙂↕️
I love this🫠 ❤️ . Healing from the breakup is one thing but becoming the best version of yourself is another. I feel motivated and I’m right behind you 🥹 You are doing amazing. So proud of you🫡🫂❣️.
You are also doing amazing!! We got this 🫶
