I fell deeply for a girl I met last September after she promised me a future together. Shortly after she pulled away making endless excuses to never meet in person. I eventually found out she was leading a double life and seeing another man the entire time taking him on the trips and movies she claimed to take alone.
She recently married him sent me their photos and even gave him my gifts and clothing. Seeing that she got his name tattooed on her has left me feeling utterly used empty and betrayed. I don't want revenge; I just want to stop the mental loops and stop checking her social media. How do you heal and move on from a heartbreak this cruel?

Block her on everything, delete all proof of your relationship or store it somewhere less easier to access than your phone gallery (like a usb), and see a therapist. Keep following your routine and try something new, like a new dish or a solo day trip to the nearby city, keep seeing your friends.
If it were me I would be happy to rid of someone like that. She clearly didn’t respect you.
I think for your own mental health you needs to remove her from your social contact, block and stop checking on her. your brain is looping around idea of what she promised and what she did, you can’t find an answer, that’s why your brain keep thinking about it… but truth it, some people are just like that, and there is no need to search for answers in their behaviour… just needs to leave them with their sh*t alone…
believe me her husband is not the luckiest guy in the world, she will do it him sooner or later…
you don’t want to build future with someone you can’t trust… you don’t want her to mother or your kids knowing what she is capable of.
I’m thinking… she knows how she affects you and she likes it… a lot. if you block her and stop giving her these feeling, she will go back try to get you on the hook again… and you will not be able to resist it…
