Why did my ex want to be single and have fun?

My ex broke up with me a while ago because she wanted to be single and “have fun without rules.” A few weeks later she got drunk hooked up with her guy best friend and he cut her off right after. She then started texting me saying she was depressed wanted to hurt herself and missed me. Because I still cared I tried to be there for her.We ended up in a friends-with-benefits / casual cuddling situation for about a month. Yesterday I found out that during that time she was already catching feelings for a co-worker and also got drunk and hooked up with another guy friend who has a girlfriend—while we were still sleeping together. We’re finally in no-contact and my head is spinning. I know she doesn’t owe me anything since we weren’t officially together and she even told me to my face that she “doesn’t care about being used.” It still sucks watching someone self-destruct.I now have proof that she hooked up with the guy who has a girlfriend. Do I send it to his girlfriend or do I just walk away completely? Part of me feels like I should expose it so she stops getting used but I also know this isn’t my problem anymore. What should I do?Also was I used or was it my own fault for not letting go? During our actual relationship she used to hang out with two guys who always invited her to drink (she never drank with them or cheated while we were together). After we broke up she slept with both of them. She used to say I was controlling (I’ll admit I can be) but the fact that she ended up sleeping with the exact two guys I was worried about still doesn’t sit right with me.

i'd stay in no-contact and stop taking responsibility for her choices. if you decide to tell his girlfriend, i'd stick to the facts and share the proof privately, then leave them to make their own decisions, you don't have to expose anyone to prove you were hurt.

SEND IT TO HIS GIRLFRIEND. please be a hero, don't be a bystander to cheating. Accountability is so important in a day and age where people think they can get away with infidelity and betraying their partner. and secondly, LEAVE for good, block her on everything💀 she finna sleep with the whole neighborhood. not worth your time anymore, not your problem, that's just how she is and the best you can do is set yourself free from her tornment

you feel worse about the hookups themselves, or about her choosing the exact guys you felt insecure about while you were together

Tell everyone and anything. Protect yourself

Blow it up. And it's not your fault that you were controlling, you saw what happened when you gave her freedom
