I broke down and checked my cheating ex’s Instagram through the web and I regret it so much. She cheated on me twice before leaving me for the other guy last December.
Now she’s already in another new relationship looking completely unbothered and happy as can be. Meanwhile the trauma she left me with gives me genuine panic attacks whenever I even think about dating again.
It feels so incredibly unfair that she got off scot-free—like she was rewarded for betraying me—while I’m left picking up the broken pieces. I hate this so much.

Sorry that she hurt you this badly.
However, people only show the great stuff on social media. It's a facade really, so it's likely that she could be cheating on the new guy too.
man I feel for you here. this is a lot to deal with and it sounds rough. She sounds to me like she has some mental health issues. bouncing around, acting/posting as if she's not ashamed of her actions. from my perspective, people usually only post the "good" stuff and never the bad. a post can look good but behind the scenes is a different story. I'm sorry to hear about your struggle and thank you for sharing it here. you are important and you matter. please be easy on yourself. you deserve good things and I hope and pray that you will be blessed on the other side of this.
Oh and don’t worry Karma comes for everyone brother …everyone
Honestly you should be relieved, you just got saved, you're free. Remember if she cheated on you multiple times, she will do the same for other guys. Once a cheater, always a Cheater. She is their problem now, you are finally free from her disloyalty and lies. Best thing to do is remind yourself EVERYDAY why she isn't a good partner, remind yourself why she is terrible and why cheaters like her don't deserve true love. and 2nd is block her, don't check her profiles and fill the empty gap with hobbies you enjoy, try learning a new project, trying new things, pick up sports or activities, anything that makes you happy and excited
We never forgive cheating.. never ever
It hurts to see someone who betrayed you looking happy while you’re still dealing with what they did. You deserved honesty and care, and forgiving her wasn’t permission to hurt you again. Her Instagram can’t tell you her whole life, but checking it clearly hurt you. Keep that door closed for your own peace.
