Why did he stop valuing our 10-year relationship?

10 years is such a long time to love someone, i can't imagine how much it hurts to want him even after feeling so uncared for. i've stayed attached to someone who kept hurting me too, my heart took so much longer to let go than my mind did.

i know you want him back, i've been there too. but i had to stop chasing the love i wished my ex would give me and look at how he was actually treating me, even when that truth hurt like hell.

If he is willing to change, then couple's therapy. I believe people can improve but not everyone is willing to. If he truly loves you, he would put the effort to be better for you. but if he just disrespects after you have communicated, then he's no worth it and you deserve better
