Why am i stuck in this endless breakup cycle?

BUT, i found a way. My mind works for a solution that protects my Peace and emotional stability. I have decided to work double shifts to help me cope a breakup 3 years of relationships. The routine is brutal but its better than being stuck. The thing is i left her because of circumstances that were destroying me mentally. She would cry to win me back and i would fall back realizing what i have done. And it was just this endless circle. I belive I'll overcome this.

me stop burying myself in work was picking just one quiet hobby, like going for long runs without headphones, so my brain could slowly get used to peace without needing total distraction.

Bravo🔥 you're doing what more people need to do, fill that emptiness with other activities. The more you detach and occupy your mind with something else, the more you'll get used to navigating life without her. It takes time but you're on the right track Plus you earn more money🤑 I know you'll overcome it

you feel like the double shifts are giving you actual space to breathe, or are you just running so fast that the hurt can't catch up to you yet?

i used to work 70-hour weeks just to keep my brain too exhausted to think about my ex or miss her, but filling every single hour only hides the pain until you finally sit down to rest. it takes so much courage to leave a toxic cycle when you still love them, but choosing your sanity over her tears is a huge win.

It doesn't hide it, rather it trains your brain to get accustomed faster. Occupying yourself in a productive way is waaay faster than laying in bed crying for hours. a win is a win
