Me and my ex live in a tiny town fr I see her everywhere—at work on my days off even at my friends places. She wants to be friends but every time I see her I get that quick hit of happiness then boom I feel twice as bad. I’m working on myself but like any tips for small town breakups?

Spending some time out of Your town, Meeting with new people or trying new activities will certainly help you become ok with her presence.The idea is not to completely forget about her consciously only it's about being at ease even if that person is right in front of you, Since you don't feel the same way for them anymore
This is why I'm moving to a big city, period.
