I left that one app unblocked for an ex too. Not cause I wanted to talk but cause I didn’t wanna look like the bad guy. Sometime it means nothing.

It's completely understandable to look for any sign of hope when communication is limited and it's tough when you're in this uncertain space. While it's hard to say definitively what it means the fact that he hasn't blocked you everywhere could be a slight indication he's leaving a door open but prioritize your own well-being and don't read too much into it without further clear communication.
