i broke my 8 day no contact because he removed me from his Spotify premium account and added his current girlfriend without prior notice. i was shocked but hurt. however, i understood why he had to do it. i sent him a message just to get things out of my chest and that was it, i declined to be added back because i don't want to be in this toxic situation forever. i already wasted 5 years and i can't afford to spend another 5 years.
