Seeing your ex like that can bring up all the feels. It’s okay to feel hurt but don’t let it pull you back.

Triggers like that can really mess with your head. Take a deep breath cry it out if you need to but don’t forget you’re healing

I decided a month ago that I wasn't going to waste anymore time crying over someone who wasn't crying over me and I haven't cried since. I'm on day 27 of no contact.
