i remember the first time our song came on after the breakup. i had to pull over cause i couldn’t see through the tears. you not texting? that’s power. even if it didn’t feel like it.

i swear music is the sneakiest trigger. one verse and suddenly i’m back in the thick of it. you held your ground though. that’s huge.
