hard to move on ....eapecially seeing your kids and longing for a father.. he doesnt even care .
getting busy works until it doesn’t. brain finds a way to sneak it back in. even in silence, it shows up.
i remember sitting on my bed with a to do list and just staring. it’s okay if today feels like that too.
i’d go all day keeping busy then suddenly freeze mid scroll or mid bite. just blank. like nothing matters. hate it.
