maybe it’s not about finishing the books. maybe just owning them feels like choosing yourself for once.
i remember doing that. anything to feel a little less lost. some pages helped. some just sat there but it still felt like something.
I find the books really help me to understand better what is going on
i tried that too. bought a stack of books like they were gonna fix the ache. read 3 pages and cried. still kept buying more.
life is hard right now but slowly coming out the other side thankfully
