saw someone post on day 21 once. like it was a milestone. maybe it is. depends what you’re waiting for.

i remember that stretch. kept checking my phone even when i knew he wouldn’t reach out. it gets a little easier. slowly.

day 19 was when i stopped hoping she’d text. deleted the chat. felt nothing. hated how long it took to get there.
