Day 50, who else is starting to feel better?

yea just updating this a day later, today im down a rollercoaster hill.. so many tears but the grip is indeed losening

day 50 felt lighter for me too. i could finally breathe without thinking about them first.

took me longer than 50 days. i remember hating that people were moving on faster than me.

I'm also on day 50. My feelings vary from day to day. I want off this roller coaster ride.

day 50! you are a queen ! keep being on your healing journey, keep giving love to yourself. look in the mirror and like everything you see...your flaws and your charms cause you are perfect

im day 60 and im still hurting and just got re-triggered!
