try not to beat yourself up for it. missing someone doesn’t make you weak, it makes you human. what’s helped me is writing what i wanted to say instead of sending it. it gets the feelings out without reopening the wound.
i broke no contact once too, thinking maybe she missed me the same way. all i got back was silence and that hit harder than the breakup itself. it’s crazy how missing someone can make you forget all the reasons you had to let go.
