did something specific happen that made all this hit today, or has the anger just been building up for a while?
the hate phase helped me create distance. i blocked him everywhere and stopped checking anything about his life, it gave my head some quiet after weeks of feeling triggered.
i totally understand the emotions you are going through but trust me if you let go of him you'll be much more healthy in your own self so believe in yourself
when my ex cheated i couldn’t even hear his name without my chest getting tight, i hated EVERYTHING about him for a while. sometimes that rage is just the pain finally coming out.
