I’m not going to lie, these last few weeks have been a total grind. Between the postpartum fog and just feeling "off," it’s been a struggle to keep my head above water.
But I’m done sitting in this funk.
I’m officially getting back to my version of healthy. I’ve already done the blood work to see what’s going on internally, and while I wait for those results, I’m leaning into some holistic remedies and getting back to my workouts. Time to stop pouring into the past and start pouring back into myself. Better food, more movement, and a lot more grace.

how have your energy levels been day to day, like are there moments you feel a bit more like yourself or is it just flat right now?
that postpartum fog is real… i remember feeling like i wasn’t even in my own body for weeks, just tired and off and kinda lost. it’s heavy, but i like hearing you say you’re coming back to yourself
