i know it feels unfair that he looks happy, but what helped me was reminding myself that i only saw the outside, not the truth of how he treats people. i had to stop tying my healing to how his life looked.
i went through something similar where he was already talking to someone else before ending it with me, then just vanished like i meant nothing. that kind of betrayal messes with your head so bad
That must hurt yeah. He caused a wound un you, and now its your job to heal it. Its not fair but its the only way.
