it’s been almost 2 years since she left and it still feels unreal sometimes. there wasn’t even some big fallout she just moved on like i was replaceable.
lately the pain has come back out of nowhere. every second feels heavy again and i don’t know why it’s hitting this hard now.

has something small happened lately that might’ve triggered it, or did it really just show up out of nowhere?
i stopped fighting it when it came back, just let the wave pass instead of trying to push it away or make sense of it, it eased off faster that way for me
yeah this kind of wave hits out of nowhere. i was out too when it came crashing back like day one again, felt like i’d made zero progres
man 2 years and it still hits you like that... the pain coming back in waves is brutal, especially when you know they just found something they thought was better
i been there with the heavy feeling where every moment drags, it's like your brain won't let you forget even when you think you're past it
