I broke no connect with my ex and I asked him if he wants to get back. He is like I deserve someone better, who can treat me right and give me the life I want. I should find someone better. My sis and mum was right about him. Why is he doing that when I was the one who broke up with him. We break up alot and get back together so I dont understand why he is saying all this.

Sometimes people do that and it could either be to manipulate your feelings or to help uu move on, sometimes it takes time for you guys to get it right, separation isnt always a punishment, uu guys need to work on ur selves separately to be even better when the time is right for uu, and if he doesn’t come back that also fine because you put in the work to be the beat version of yourself with or without him
