does it feel more neutral now or do you still feel a small pull when you see her?
not totally neutral. it's still painful, but I don't have the impulse to try to talk to her or to convince her to hear me.
that moment is quiet progress, i’d just let it be what it is.
when seeing their face didn’t feel like a punch anymore. it used to ruin my whole day, now it just kind of sits there… weird but also a little freeing
