Recently, I'm dreaming about my ex every night, and the dreams are really weird. Honestly, I rarely think about him during the day. And whenever I do, I only remember how badly he treated me, which makes me completely over him

ive dreamed about her most nights for the past 2 weeks. In the dreams when I see her I have a strong desire to go up to her and make things right and apologise, but when I wake up I realise its too late and we were never meant to be married.
dream phase is SO annoying 😭 i went through that too after an awful breakup. during the day i was completely done with him, then my brain would drag him back into my sleep every single night like some unwanted rerun.

i was reminding myself dreams don’t mean i secretly want them back. sometimes your brain is just replaying old stress and unfinished hurt while you’re asleep. doesn’t mean your heart actually misses the person
