I genuinely can't sleep over the fact that my ex is such a loser and I wasted so much time on him. I'm definitely in the anger stage. How did I let such a vile idiot take almost 5 years of my life? as soon as he gives me the money he owes me, I'm gone forever.

are you more angry at who he turned out to be, or at yourself for staying as long as you did? those ended up being two very different wounds for me.
