Yes I get the feeling but I'm gonna try to be better for myself and yeah I still hope we can get back together but I'm gonna change for myself not for him 😞
did he actually say why his feelings changed, or was it just a sudden "i don't like you anymore" and that was it?
He said it was over time he completely lost feelings like he had doubts about liking me when we were still together. I asked what it was and he said it was mainly the relationship's health. I know it wasn't going well between us in the end but I still like him

It shouldn't be a problem to get someone to love you, especially to love you again. This should happen naturally, and it does as soon as you love yourself 100%. I understand your thoughts so soon after the breakup, but we need to learn to accept instead of trying to change other people's feelings.
I know I should move on but I don't know how :( especially since he wants distance again for a bit
@Inotnoya Unfortunately, there are no instructions for this. What you should do is actively and consciously engage with yourself... books and activities help me personally. A hobby, new places, things like that <3
