Well basically...we broke up almost 2 weeks ago and I havent eaten anything good in 2 weeks. I just eat something here and there but since I stress a lot because yeah I'm anxious, when I eat something I'm full after like 3 bites. I have an appointment w someone to control my eating habits and all that but idk

after my breakup i could barely eat too, i'd stare at a meal and feel full after a few bites. heartbreak can hit your body just as hard as your heart.

the fact that you've already made an appointment is a really good step. when i was in that place, i stopped worrying about eating a full meal and just focused on getting a few bites in whenever i could.

The eating will return once your nervous system calms down. I couldn’t stomach anything for weeks before I could drink so I had milk shakes instead

two weeks is still SO fresh. are you mostly struggling with nausea and anxiety when you eat, or does food just not sound appealing at all right now?
Anxiety but when I eat I just can't eat a lot for no reason and yeah I don't feel hungry
plus lets say I look at my body and I'm like "wait I'm not skinny enough" when I clearly am already since I lost weight since the break up and sometimes I don't wanna eat to stay skinny...(I end up eating a little cuz I still realize I have to eat) but I'm not hungry anymore
