so around 3 months post breakup he deleted our discord channel and blocked me on discord but we are still friends on Instagram and Facebook. We are still connected on bumble where we met. what do you think this inconsistency means?

was discord your main place of communication during the relationship? if most of your memories, chats, and daily contact lived there, i could see why that was the one place he felt the need to cut off while leaving the more passive connections untouched.
I think u should remove him from everything, it will help u to move on. have a clean break and start again. I am in the process of doing the same thing and it really helps mentally
my ex blocked me on one app, left me on others, and i spent weeks trying to decode it. honestly, i learned that sometimes people are inconsistent because he is inconsistent, not because there's a hidden message.
