called me again stating it was an emergency me answering.
I’m counting it as a no contact break.
again nothing on us but they closed the door now they stated that of course I’m coming back meant to be psychically they’d come back some point.
At least no I know they’re not coming back to the relationship.
claiming they wanted stuff I said I can pack the few items left and take them somewhere.
so door is now officially closed. I won’t answer their calls no more this is just cruel.
they do not remember anything nice of me. and everything is my fault and I’m the bad guy and I’m making it harder.
I asked genuinely to not have them call unless they wanted to work on us. they won’t and I have a right not to want their calls
this is it day 1 again but not it’s over.
will leave a box of their birthday gift. was planning on sending them happy birthday but I won’t do that either. they don’t care anymore about me.

treating every unwanted call as proof that i needed stronger boundaries, not as proof there was still hope. you asked for one simple thing and they ignored it.
yeah I know still sucks though. they just want control and don’t take any accountability.
i had an ex who kept finding reasons to call after ending things, and every time i'd think maybe it meant something. eventually i realized they wanted access to me, just not the relationship. that part HURT.
when they call these "emergencies," do they ever actually need something urgent, or does it usually end up being another conversation that leaves you feeling worse afterward?
it was a conversation that I wasn’t expecting the cruelty but at least I know now they’re not coming back.
