i couldn't build security by managing someone else's social media. if trust wasn't there, no amount of unfollowing was going to make me feel okay.

did you only ask her to remove people she'd slept with because of what she'd shared with you, or were there other things that made you feel like the trust between you had already been broken?

because she shared too much. before breaking up i asked

i've been on both sides of this kind of fear. after i found out things that made me feel insecure, i wanted every reminder of those people gone too. for me it wasn't about control, it was about feeling safe, but i also learned that deleting people doesn't fix broken trust.

Removing them from insta does not delete her past. You need to trust your partner, asking her to remove them is controlling. It may make you feel uncomfortable, but thats your issue to work through

I’m friends with all my exes so yes this is controlling. this is also an app for no contact so are you in NC?

yes i know that it is normal but if someone keeps their nud photos in her phone and say that i slept with many people and i want to keep them it doesn't give you unsafety ?
and the second poit even if it's normal but when your partner asks you that this bothers me
