Why does seeing him hurt so much?

ugh 😭 was this the first time you've seen him since the breakup? i remember that first random run-in hit me WAY harder than i expected.

i ran into my ex at the grocery store once and he looked right through me like we'd never shared a life. that kind of hurt sneaks up on you
