To be honest mate, I know uncertainty can be hard and confusing, I would suggest to try and focus on yourself and try to control what you can wish Is yourself. Stay strong

@ByteFlick505 That's good I did the same , complete social media detox so I can just focus on me. It will get better , time is a healer just got to push through it .
i don't think i'd read too much into it. when i was in your spot, every little online thing felt like a clue, and it just kept me stuck
that's what I am currently doing. I dont post anything on my social media, no reposts nothing completely. which is unusual of me cuz I always post. I am doing this because I dont want him to see me struggle with the separation. but that's me, your partner maybe has a different reason
