we are entering a new month where we didn't talked to our ex, so i hope everyone will have the strenght to survive this month and to move on!!

thanks youu 🩷 it's been 22 days and the hardest was when my town was evacuated because of the biggest fire who ever existed in my country, and that he knew about it, but never sent a message to know if i was okay... what about you?
i love seeing people cheer each other on like this. i used to think missing my ex meant i was failing, but i learned i could miss someone and still choose myself.
yes the fact that in break up we find people loving and cheering is beautiful! and exactly, missing someone is part of the healing :)
ugh this made me smile because i remember counting those no contact days too. every new month felt impossible at first, then one day i realized i was actually getting my life back little by little
