It won't work, if someone really wanted a relationship to work out! They would have tried, going NC is the best thing one can day! Never contact that person again after break up!
I wouldn't do it personally if they wanted to talk to you they would reach out. dont make yourself look like your begging them to be with you keep the no contact it works I promise
